If you're not sure what subjects to study at the College, don't worry!  You don't need to make any final decisions about your subject choices until enrolment, which takes places after you receive your GCSE results in the summer.  Make sure you have a look at the Courses section for lots of information about the array of subjects on offer.  Here you can also find an example of a typical student timetable.  There are also departmental films for you to watch, as well as a film that explains the vocational qualifications we offer.

You can find out more about teaching and learning at the College - make sure to watch the film by our Assistant Principal for Teaching, Learning and Assessment.

We offer outstanding support here at the College - watch this film by our Assistant Principal for Pastoral Services who explains the different forms of support.  Our expert Personal Tutor team will guide you through your time at the College.   To find out about the typical day in a life of a Farnborough student, please click here

Hear from Principal Catherine Cole to find out about life at The Sixth Form College Farnborough.  You can also take a virtual tour of the College campus.

And remember, don't just take our word for it - find out what our students think here!

Regardless of ability, all learners are actively encouraged to take advantage of opportunities which extend and deepen their subject expertise and, where appropriate, go beyond the limit of the subject specifications.  Find out how we stretch and challenge all of our students in and out of lessons, and break barriers to their progression.

All of our students are required to complete the Prospects Diploma to showcase their transferable skills to future employers.  You can also check out what enrichment opportunities are available to you outside of your programme of study.

We really are closer than you think - find out more about travelling to College.

After the Easter break, we will be in touch via email to invite you to our 'Getting Ready' event, which takes place in the summer.  This event is designed to give you a taste of what it is like to be a student at Farnborough.  During the event, you will be encouraged to look at the 'Course Prep Work' for each of the courses you want to study - this is a great way of introducing you to what you will be studying.  You can find the 'Course Prep Work' on the individual courses pages under the Courses tab.

If you have any questions that are not answered on our website, please contact the Personal Tutor who interviewed you.  You can find all their details here.  You can also view a step by step guide to joining the College here.
