Salary: Grade D £18,106- £23,375 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Registry within an outstanding Sixth Form
College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to
both staff and students in the College.

The Registry department is a core support function of the College, providing timetabling,
examinations, data maintenance and analysis and contributing significantly to the
organisation of a number of key College events.

We are seeking a candidate who has excellent customer service skills and would enjoy a
reception role in the Registry department. The candidate will need to be confident in
communicating with students and parents, understanding the needs of key
stakeholders and being able to respond to them in a friendly, efficient and effective

The role will be varied and requires excellent attention to detail and good time
management skills.

You will have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, with the ability to
work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of staff across the College as well as
students, parents and external agencies.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week and this is NOT a
term-time only role. There may be a level of flexibility that can be offered with working
hours, and this could be discussed at interview.
