Salary: Grade G £25,716-£29,274
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Registry within an outstanding Sixth Form
College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to
both staff and students in the College.
The Registry is a core support function of the College, providing timetabling,
examinations, data maintenance and analysis and contributing significantly to the
organisation of a number of key College events.
We are seeking a candidate who has good technical ability, ideally familiar with
Microsoft Access and SQL.
A background in examination administration would be desirable for this role as you will
be responsible for administering examinations for a significant number of students,
ensuring that the exam regulations are adhered to and that the College’s exceptional
standards are maintained.
Logical thinking and excellent organisational skills will be crucial in order to be
successful in this role. The role will be extremely varied and requires excellent attention
to detail and strong time management skills.
You will have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, with the ability to
work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of staff across the College as well as
students, parents and external agencies.
Experience in line-managing a small team would be advantageous as you will be
required to manage the Registry and Data Analysis team in the absence of the Director
of Registry and Data Analysis.
The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week and this is NOT a
term-time only role.
