Salary: £17,803 per annum (Circa £15,279 term time only)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reception team within an outstanding Sixth Form College. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the College.
The Reception area is the hub at the centre of a busy College and the successful candidate will provide a professional, friendly, customer focussed service and be the first point of contact to visitors both in person and on the telephone.
Other duties will include recording student absence, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, responding to emails sent to the central administration inbox and issuing a weekly staff bulletin.
This post is located within a small team who are also responsible for the provision of reprographic services for the College so the post holder may also undertake reprographics work and assist in the preparation of course materials to assist the wider team.
This is a full time, term-time only position, but we will consider part time hours if a suitable job share can be found. The standard working hours are 37 per week from 08:30 – 16:30.
The role is initially on a temporary six month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.
