The Prospect Trust
The Prospect Trust is an ambitious multi-academy Trust based in north-east Hampshire
with Tomlinscote school and The Sixth Form College, Farnborough as the two
academies currently comprising the Trust.
In each Academy is an Academy Quality Council (AQC) which scrutinises the quality of
the curriculum, performance, results and other data including retention and progression.
Job summary
The Prospect Trust is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who
is resilient, has high attention to detail and shows great initiative.
The successful applicant will need to have a flexible approach to time with the role
requiring approximately 120 hours across the 39 term time weeks. Attendance at each
AQC’s 6 annual meetings is required, which usually start at the end of the school day or
early evening.
Previous clerking experience will be a distinct advantage as you will be supporting both
the AQCs on a range of matters.
