Salary: £20,587 - £25,599 pro rata, per annum, full time, term time only
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join the Study Support team within an outstanding Sixth Form College.
As part of this team you will deliver individualised programmes of support on a one-to-one basis, or a small group basis, or in-class for students with specific learning difficulties including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, ADD, ADHD and ASD/Asperger’s Syndrome. The role will include planning and reviewing support, ensuring access to the curriculum and that progress is effectively tracked and monitored.
You should be able to evidence recent experience of working with students age 16-18, including those with additional needs.
We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of staff.
