Salary: Support Staff Grade 3 - £19,074 - £23,570 pro rata per annum (£9,733 - £12,027 part time, term time)


Maternity cover – fixed term for 9 months, part time, term time.  

22 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday, shifts between 8.30am – 4.30pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly developed Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Team at an outstanding Sixth Form college. We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to provide a helpful and efficient LRC service which assists staff and students across a range of College programs.

You will be working as part of a team, to participate actively in the day-to-day development and delivery of a responsive, customer-focused service for a number of initiatives.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A good knowledge of general productivity applications (Microsoft applications) and proficient in the use of applicable content packages;
  • Excellent customer service, customer care and interpersonal skills;
  • A positive commitment and enthusiasm for working with 16-18 year old students;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to both students and staff.
