The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.

The Trust has already created a number of centralised functions to support the delivery of outstanding education, including HR, Finance & payroll, Estates & facilities and Careers guidance.  

The Trust is in the process of developing and transforming several core service areas, including enhancing an already established Premises Team. A team which is currently providing the academies with an excellent service, so this is an exciting time to join our team. The Premises Team is located at The Sixth Form College Farnborough; however, you may be required to travel between sites within the Trust. Therefore, we will need a person who must be prepared to travel and work between local sites.

We are looking for a person who can work as an individual and as part of a team, bringing their experience and knowledge to the department. The successful person will have a clear understanding that the Caretakers role plays an integral role within the college. To support the Site Manager with all aspects of premises management. Including maintenance, locking up and setting alarms, as well as event and exam setup. This will include participating in a shift pattern and an on-call rota. As the individual maybe required to work between sites, a full UK driving license will be required.

This opportunity is a full time position with working hours for the position being between 5.30am and 9.00pm. Split into two shift patterns. 5.30am to 1.30pm and 1pm to 9pm. The individual must be flexible and be open to do overtime if required.
