Moving On Day

Moving On Day is an all-college event, the largest of its kind in the UK, designed to inspire and inform all year 12 students of the many possible progression pathways available and to support them with making well-informed choices in the future.
There are over 230 seminars running on the day, delivered by university academics, apprenticeship providers, professionals from the fields of industry, business, law, aviation and the arts to name but a few. In addition, many of our ex-students will be offering their perspective on life after college and giving an insight into different careers and areas of study.
The day also has a large exhibition with over 150 stands, plus two new activities that the students can experience on the day: an Inflatable Planetarium from the University of Hertfordshire and also the new Health Simulation Lorry from the University of Portsmouth, featuring an operating theatre.
