Applications for 2026 entry

Whilst applications to join the College in September 2026 remain open, applications made after Wednesday 10 December 2025 will be placed into the ‘very late’ reserve pool. You can access our online application system by clicking the button below.

We have received an unprecedented number of applications to join us in September 2026. Committed to meeting the needs of our local community, we have been able to extend interview invitations to all ‘on-time’ applicants residing within eight miles of the College, or those moving into the local area.

Despite exploring options to increase our current capacity, in order to manage student numbers, we are unable to invite all of those who met the ‘on time’ application deadline for interviews or offer places (other than those who fall within the priority groups outlined in our Admissions Policy 2026).

If you applied on time and have not yet been selected for an interview, please check your email inbox as an update has been sent on Thursday 29 January 2026.

We will now be following the oversubscribed procedure as outlined in our Admissions Policy.

It may still be possible to enrol with us later in the cycle

We will have a clearer picture when enrolment begins about whether we have places available for applicants from the ‘reserve pool’ (those who applied by 4pm on 20 October 2025), the ‘late reserve pool’ (those who applied by 4pm on 10 December 2025) and the ‘very late reserve pool’ (those who applied from 11 December 2025 onwards).

Any places available will be offered in the first instance to eligible ‘reserve pool’ applicants, who have completed their enrolment data entry, in distance order from the College. Please note that applicants are required to meet the minimum grade entry requirements in order to be considered.

Once all eligible ‘reserve pool’ applicants have been offered any available places, we will move to applicants in the ‘late reserve pool’ and then the ‘very late reserve pool’ should any places remain available.

As we have previously stated, it is imperative that you keep your options open for your post-16 studies. We recommend that anyone who has applied to join us also applies to other schools and colleges to ensure you have a number of excellent choices available to you.

Joint Statement -  The Prospect Trust and Weydon Multi Academy Trust

We can now confirm that both The Department for Education and the Guildford Diocese have now both given their formal approval to the proposed integration of The Prospect Trust with Weydon Multi-Academy Trust (WMAT). Consequently, both Trusts are now working together on next stages of the integration process.

We currently anticipate the date of legal integration will be 1 April 2026 or soon after.
There are no immediate changes for pupils, students or families, and schools and the College continue to operate as they do now.
Further updates will be shared as the process progresses.
