Important information for new students

New students (starting at the College in September 2019)

You should have received an email regarding Enrolment instructions.  Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received it before contacting the College.

Once you get your GCSE results, you will need to enter them ahead of your Enrolment appointment here.  Please use the email address and password you used for your application to log in.  If you cannot remember your password, please use the forgotten password link to reset it. Once you have entered your exam results, you will be ready for Enrolment at the College.

Please click here for a flowchart explaining what happens at Enrolment and a map of the College campus.  Make sure you bring your statement of results, your passport (or similar ID) and your Enrolment card with you to your appointment - if you received any results in Year 10, you should bring evidence of these too.

The campus will be busy so we have designated the Brian Smith Car Park which can be accessed from Sand Hill for parent parking/drop off.  Please do not drop off in the car parks accessed from Prospect Avenue in order to ensure pedestrian safety.

And don't worry, if you did not get the results you expected, we will be able to discuss your options at your Enrolment appointment.

Good luck with your GCSE results and we can't wait for you to #joinf6th2019

Post-Results Services

Post-results services information (including ordering exam scripts and reviews of marking) can be found on the CristalWeb Noticeboard and Parent Portal.

If you need assistance, advice or guidance regarding results or entrance into university, please complete the Google Form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

This flowchart will explain the next steps you need to take if you have applied for university.  There is also more information available on the UCAS website
