We are delighted to announce that our Open Days are taking place on Tuesday 6, Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October 2026.

(please select the day you wish to attend and the time options will then be available to you).

During the Open Days you will be able to:

  • Find out more about the subjects we offer;
  • Talk to staff and current students about student life;
  • Explore the campus and discover our great facilities;
  • Meet our award winning Prospect Trust Careers Service Team and the fantastic team who provide Study Support;
    ...and much more!

Our Principal, Zoe Smallman, will be giving a short talk at the following times each evening: 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm (please note that there will be no 7.30pm talk on Thursday 8 October)

We look forward to meeting you!

We are expecting a large number of visitors on each of the evenings and parking on campus is limited. Parking is accessible from both of the College entrances on Sand Hill and Prospect Avenue. There will be attendants to assist you getting parked safely.  Where possible use public transport or share cars and please do not park in the residential streets around the College.

Please note that some parking may be on the sports field, which can become muddy in wet weather.

Applications to join the College in September 2027 open online on Friday 9 October 2026.

Start of teaching 2026

We are delighed to welcome all of our students into College for the start of full time teaching this week.

Course changes for new students

Each year, a few students decide they wish to change one of their courses. To ensure swaps are successful and students do not fall behind, we follow a strict process for this:
  • Week1 -  7 September: No requests will be accepted. Students need to attend at least four lessons and discuss the decision with your teachers first.
  • Week 2 - 14 Sepember: After completing four lessons, we will accept request submissions. Students must provide a first, second, and third choice course, as some subjects will not have space available.

  • Attendance: Course changes take about a week to process. In the meantime, you must continue to attend all timetabled lessons.

  • Approvals & Entry Requirements: Parents/guardians need to approve the course change, and students can only join a subject if they meet its entry requirements.

  • Week 4 - 28 September: The cut off for course change requests is 2 October 2026.
    Many courses have already dedicated significant time to coursework by this point, so changes cannot be delayed any further. Setting this deadline also allows transferring students to use Open Days week to complete any necessary catch-up work.
