  • Outstanding teaching by a team of experienced and motivated staff;
  • Exceptional levels of support for students both inside and outside of lessons;
  • Innovative use of IT to promote learning embedded as a regular part of normal teaching.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking to appoint a team player who is organised, efficient, proactive and capable of dealing with multiple deadlines.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within an administrative office and using various IT packages including, but not limited to, Google and Microsoft office.

This role is based within a small, busy team which plays a key role in the successful day to day running of the College.  The team interacts with staff, students and stakeholders across the College and externally, so interpersonal skills and a positive ‘can do’ approach are required at all times!

The Role

This role forms part of the Executive Office team which is a busy, creative and vibrant hub operating at the very heart of the College.

The Executive Office Team is a critical administrative resource within the College which is responsible for providing general administrative support to the senior leadership team, and for this role specifically, supporting the Assistant Principal responsible for Partnerships and Progression, including diary management, oversight of email inbox and providing general administration.

In this role, you will also have responsibility for the oversight and maintenance of key College resources and be required to help with the delivery of major College events such as Open Days.

A full breakdown of the role and associated responsibilities is available in the job description.

This position is a full-time, ‘through year’ post which means you will be working during the College holidays. You will need to hold a full driving licence and be willing and able to work outside of normal College hours to support the events.
