This year our Musical Theatre Enrichment Summer Showcase featured over 50 talented students who took part in 4 musicals; 9 to 5, West Side Story, Little Shop of Horrors and Newsies.
Set over two evenings, the shows went down a storm with the audience. This is all down to the students' truly overwhelming love, passion, dedication and commitment to rehearsals and the performances.
The Performing Arts department felt it was a true team effort and a testament to the camaraderie and support they all have for each other, which was wonderful to watch.
A huge thank you to all of those involved throughout the process, we are looking forward to doing it all again with new students next year.
The show was bitter sweet as it marked the end of an era for our second year students who have recently left us to go on to their next steps. We wish you every luck in whatever you chose to do next.
