Cycle Sportive 2015

On Sunday 18 October, Ride Euro will be running a cycling sportive event in Farnborough in support of The Community Matters Partnership Project. Graphics student, Hannah Neil, won the logo design competition for this event.

The Sportive is a non-competitive cycling event supported by the British Cycling Federation to encourage people to get out on their bikes, whether for fun, fitness or competition - everyone is welcome to take part. The route will take you around the road just outside of TAG Farnborough Airport and you can complete a choice of 5 laps (57.5k) or 10 laps (115k) - all riders pay one price to enter.

The event is chip timed and all riders will receive a goody bag and a finisher medal. There will be rest stations, mechanical support and medical support. Parking and refreshments will be available at the Village Hotel. All riders must be 14 or over, with riders under 16 accompanied by an adult to take part. For every entry, £5 will be donated to the YAFund!
