Staff hosted a MacMillan Coffee Morning on Friday 25 September.

The College promotes a culture of fundraising and volunteering amongst staff and students and was delighted to raise a total of £260 for the charity.

During break times throughout the day, in exchange for a donation, staff were able to sample a fabulous array of tempting treats, including red velvet cake, a selection of lemon drizzle cakes, cupcakes in a variety of flavours (including lemon and lavender), chocolate surprise cake and coffee and walnut cake, all baked by our talented staff bakers.

The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer. People all over the UK host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan. Last year alone the event raised £25 million - find out more.
