Young Enterprise team Revolution

On the 6 February 2016, 12 students from the College took part in a Young Enterprise Trade Show at the Princes Mead Shopping Centre in Farnborough. The Young Enterprise team are part of the company programme where students run a business for nine months.

The students are all part of team Revolution, a student run company set up to give an insight into how a business operates. The students attended the trade show to represent their Young Enterprise company and sell their product, a device enabling tablet computers to show 3D videos, which won them the award of Most Innovative Company in North East Hampshire.

Luke Simmonds, Subject Tutor at the College, who attended the Trade Show with the team commented “The students went from strength to strength on the day, even selling out of their product.”

The next step is for team Revolution to take part in the Company of the Year Award in March, where the top two teams will progress to the Hampshire finals.
