Level 3 health and social care students recently completed a week of work experience. They undertook a variety of placements ranging from local nurseries, pre-schools and infant schools to residential care homes and hospitals. They all reported that they had enjoyed the opportunity and learnt a huge amount. This has been an invaluable experience for their future careers in health and social care.
Further to their work experience, it was fantastic to hear that Bethany Dorey, who went to College Town Montessori School, was offered a part-time job and Brandon Ellis was asked to return to Spring Pre-School to continue to help as he was exceptional with the young children.
What a brilliant start to their future career pathway!
