On Monday 4 December, the Prospect Trust Careers Team celebrated the official opening of their new careers building, which can be found just around the corner from the Prospect Theatre.

Andy Yarrow, CEO of The Prospect Trust was invited to cut the ribbon, with Vince Scannella, Director Of Education, Principal, Zoe Smallman and members of senior leadership in attendance. 

To celebrate the move, the Careers Team organised a series of lunchtime events throughout the week. These events were designed to encourage the students to find out more about their post 18 pathways whilst providing them with an opportunity to explore and engage with the new building. The first 20 students each day were greeted with a voucher for a complimentary hot drink, which given the cold conditions was much appreciated!

Nikki Coleman, Head of CEIAG said “we are really happy to be settled in our new building. The week of lunchtime activities caused a buzz around the college and the students were really impressed with the new facilities.”
