At the end of last year, a group of students studying A level computer science took part in the 2021 Bebras Challenge.  This online challenge takes place every year and asks students from across the world to solve a series of computational thinking problems.

Students are tasked with answering as many of the 18 problem solving questions as possible within in a 40 minute time limit.  The questions are broken down into three levels of difficulty, with the harder questions receiving negative points if they are answered incorrectly.  The aim is to gain as many points as they can out of a possible 200.

Congratulations to the 25 Farnborough students who achieved 139 points or more and were therefore awarded gold - these students are in the top 10% in the country!
