The Julia and Susie show segment
In March 2022, the first ever Dyslexia Show took place, where Dr Susie Nyman, Curriculum Manager for health and social care presented ‘2020 Visions of the Multi-sensory Toolkit’, which was a huge success. Subsequently, she was invited back again this year to present at the Dyslexia Show 2023 at The NEC in Birmingham.
It was a privilege and honor for Susie to be invited to present at The Dyslexia Show. She has already been invited by Arran at the Bett Exhibition to present again next year and is looking forward to the next Dyslexia Show empowering children, parents and educators, as well as sharing her multi sensory ideas. Utilizing her knowledge harvested over the past 28 years teaching at the Sixth Form College Farnborough Susie regularly educates people about inclusive teaching strategies.
We are proudly aided by wonderful learning technologies and multi-sensory approaches for our SEND students here at the College and it is something we will continue to dedicate time and resources to.
